Newbie question bout changing wav file bpm

Hi guys

Have wav file 150 bpm want same speed but at 120 bpm can you advise

Also want to covert into Rex file tips and advice please

right click audio file in sequencer --> 'disable stretch' and then change the sequencer bpm to 120, if that's what you wanted. If you want it the other way around (changing the wav file's bpm without changing sequencer bpm) - select the audio file in the sequencer and stretch it while holding 'cntrl'

Thanks for that is that command cntrl in both Mac and win I’m using mac

In Mac, it's 'Option' to stretch.
