Just bought Panorama T6, fader 5-9 not working.

Want to talk about music hardware or software that doesn't include Reason?

Hi all,
After long research I just bought Nektar Panorama T6 for my keyboard yesterday.
however, it seems the fader 5-9 doesn't really work. Is this a normal behavior?
I'm not sure this is a normal behavior or just simply a defect unit.
I tried changing usb ports and usb cables, it doesn't really solve this issue.
If anyone knows how to solve this issue please let me know.

It’s a defective unit - take it back immediately! Exchange for a new one or get a refund. Your faders should be smooth and buttery on that display, and all of them certainly should work.
