Oh jeez, had to register again at JRR's with my old credentials. Got confirmation mail - with login & password in plain text.

Epic security fail. Good starting point!

Of course, but nevertheless: I haven't seen account confirmation with plain data in years now. Especially not at webshops... that's so 90's  (EDIT: ok, very late 90's)

The R11 upgrade is on sale
Don't forget to instead get it via JRR Shop or similar re-seller e.g. upgrade to 11 Standard: EUR90 in RS Store vs. USD80.1 in JRR with code "FORUM" :)
gutted asked for a refund that would save me £23

how quick is a refund

Yeah. I waited 10 minutes to get a redeem code for Echorec. JRR is legit and cheap.

Yes, it's legit. It usually takes few minutes but can be up to few hours, especially if they'd run out of serials and need to ask Reason Studios for a new batch :D

Heppy you could pull that off :)

Think about it, how could a R12 improve the RRP? I know countless ways how R12 could improve Reason DAW, but not RRP. (edit: other than making it highres ofc)
- input from multiple MIDI channels
- actual MIDI routing (with cables, like audio & CV)
- MPE ;)

Fair enough, but would they be enough for the regular RRP user to upgrade for the price of 129€? That's what I'm getting at. I find it hard to believe that the Reason upgrade cycle as we know it will continue.
:reason: Most recent track: resentment (synthwave) || Others: on my YouTube channel •ᴗ•
