Thought it might be a good idea to keep track of how many REs/ VSTs are purchased under this dangerous period. As a result I’ve started this thread where you can make a list of what you’ve picked up. Buy something new then just edit the list to keep it up to date. Maybe in some way it’ll help to keep the GAS in check. Feel free to join me. Together we are strong. Here’s where I am already.

PB Virtual CZ €11.72 (+Eventide Quadravox free)
Air DB-33 €4.60 (+Neutron Elements free)
Pulsar Echorec $24
Audified STA Delay €8.09 (+D16 Drumazon free)

Vital for $20 + I pre-ordered Live 11 upgrade, but that's not really BF deal and the payment won't be due until release in Q1 2021.

Hoping RS will do -50% for Friktion (yeah, right).

So far not a penny, I could have spent well over £100 on discounted RE's but have held my nerve & convinced my self not to buy any thing.

I want whatever the new CLA plugin is going to be, especially if it's a reverb/delay cla-mixhub type of system. Other than that, there's nothing out there I need. I was looking very hard at the SSL2+, especially since you get 4 of those overpriced SSL plugins for free. Still debating, but I am leaning towards not getting it now. We'll see how my post changes as the deals come out though. :puf_wink:

My major BF purchase is going to be a new TV for my PS5. :D

Vital for £20 and upgrade from ableton live standard 10 to ableton live suite 10. Not really black friday deals as such but still discounted. Signed up for free cla plugin too.

Thankfully live suite upgrade qualified me for a free upgrade to live 11 suite when released as I had no idea it was coming out when purchased.

Sonnox inflator now bought.
Spectre now bought
Waves cla free slap/plate thing
Solid state Air (free)

Probably not gonna buy much this BF. Might buy a synth from Ekssperimental Sounds if the price is good. Other then that, I don't see much of interest to me right now in the shop. I already have everything I want.

I spent a good hour considering the R11 suite.

Then I saw a 20% off sale at Synthcube and blew all my BF money on eurorack module kits. Mattias (if he reads this) will understand, I got 5 NLC pcbs cheaper than I could get them from Andrew down in Perth. A Bindubba, 2 Hyperchaos and 2 Divide and Conquer. Also a Joranalogue Test3 kit, and a Worng Lrmsmslr analog mid/side splitter pcb/panel set as well. Also a bunch of thermistors, pots and jacks to complete some of the 46 modules I'm building right now.

Most of this evening was used searching for unusual LED color shades for the NLC builds. Found a great range at TME, so between an order there and at mouser and one last big one at Tayda electronics, I'll have at least 20 new modules by the end of the year.
If you ain't hip to the rare Housequake, shut up already.

Damn.

Friktion
Luna - it's a beast
this weird little synth called Vibro which I'd never noticed before - clever design and I think it has potential.
Mixfood Knock Drum machine - it's a toy but it's fun so - good toy.
Lectric Panda DYN$ - also quite fun although a bit limited. Hope you see what I did there.
Forgotten Clank Omega Mastering Clipper and Omega Trimmer both of which I can see myself using.
Plus some other bits and pieces.... nothing noteworthy except a Kuassa delay which I got because I really like the other Kuassa stuff I've got but it's a piece of shit so that was a waste.

R11 Standard Upgrade.

After my extended „Trial“ with R11 Lite - which convinced me that I use Reason in Studio One on a regular basis - I have now the full flavor of Reason devices again. Which means: no need for more RE‘s. :)

Not really BF, but a few days ago I bought Hexdrum VST. Instant 80‘s

I’m waiting to see if the Aly James Simmons goes on sale. I’ve got his Linn emulation and it’s great. Don’t know if he does BF though.

Not on the hunt for a lot of stuff this BF - still not tempted by the upgrade - finally went for RB Sequences.

Only spent a couple of hours with it so far - step-record and note conditions are fantastic - loving it already!

I thought I was having fun with Evolution, but feeding Evolution into Sequences is some next-level shit :D
