...is a thing now.
Not earth-shattering stuff, I don't think - comping, note probability, linked clips being the highlights, plus some new devices. Have a look:

I like the follow feature where Live will follow your live tempo changes during a performance- that’s epic. But aside from MPE and some new effects, that’s all that grabs me. Nice to see Ableton catch up to Reason’s audio comp.

I like this:
Keys and scales
Use scales directly in Live’s MIDI editor as a guide or reference – this is linked to Push, and can be changed per clip.

Like I wrote on the Ableton Forum a few minutes ago: I feel let down by Ableton..... Another € 159 for Ableton Live 11 suite!!!! Just after three years!!!!!

I liked Ableton a lot, had a lot of fun with it, but lately, I use Reason 11 Suite more and more. I don't think I upgrade to Live 11 Suite anymore........

Well, this is a strange feeling seeing Ableton add a marquee feature that Reason has had for ages!

Can’t say this is a super compelling upgrade for me (especially having only bought Live 10 less than six months ago 😐). The one thing I really hope they don’t do is tie an Apple Silicon release to version 11, leaving Mac users on 10 stuck with the Intel version.

I wonder if Push 3 is in the pipeline, and tied to Live 11?

3 years is short by Live 9 > Live 10 standards, but it's still long by general DAW standards.

I think that leaves Reason as the only DAW without MPE support? Even GarageBand has it.

Not having MPE support today is the equivalent of a DAW years ago not having MIDI. To be computer music making software and not have the best feature and support for expressiveness, is a bit absurd.

I know lots of people seem to care about graphics, and I too will be happy to see that. But MPE support is much higher on my list because it actually helps me with writing music. I have many VST plugins, with interfaces as small and smaller than Reason devices, and the zoom options only expand them with pixelization, and a Reason graphics update won't fix those.

Hoping Reason gets MPE support soon!

Per track CPU meters is dope. Up to 16 macros and resizeable rack is also great. As well as the improved multiple track editing (focus!) and the linked actions for several tracks... It is small, quality of life things like the numerous live 11 updates that I long for in Reason... I'm positive I'll be upgrading given there's an upgrade sale to top it all off.

That would be useful.

Linked tracks feature seems really useful for drums that have been recorded with multiple microphones.

Some more in depth view with the current beta:

Their new comping feature supports midi. Something Reason doesn't do.
