Europa's multiple feedback low-pass filters

It's a very strange sounding filter. Very resonant and aggressive. I honestly haven't been able to find a good use for this in my own patches. What sort of hardware did these filters come from?

I stand corrected, but isn't it suppose to be a Moog emulation?

The Moog is the ladder lp24 filter. The one I'm on about is one labelled MFB lp12/lp24/hp12. It just sounds so weird.

One advantage of the MFB LP24 is it won't loose low end when increasing Q as the Ladder will. :)
