REs only available when online

Hi
The last version of Reason I had was ver8. I've just upgraded to ver11, and installed all the rack extensions I had purchased and used previously and show on my account.
Most of these are working fine - Polysix, Ivoks etc, but a couple of them - Predator and Viking VK1 - are only available when I connect to the internet when I start Reason. This isn't really a problem, but I don't always want to go online when I'm working with Reason.
Am I missing something, or are these REs only available now when you are online?

Go to your products and press Sync All. It's a pain in the arse but it usually does the trick.
