Visual glitch problem

Hi all, Can anyone explain why when I open the midi editor in Reason 9.5.4d5 (build 8,990) that the usual visual keyboard that is supposed to appear to the left of the grid is not there? I've reinstalled and updated my Reason software. Seems like a glitch in the software.

Running macOS Mojave 10.14.6 on a mac mini.

Interesting.. haven't seen or heard of this issue and if you have reinstalled and still experiencing then I think your only option is to raise a ticket a wait..

In the above attachment you have Kong selected, so I wouldnt expect to see a Piano roll - but you should still see the drum names.
