Hi All

Quick Q. Is the Alien Seed Tech Arcus User Knob RE free or does it just show that way as I have it already?

The reason I ask is I am working on an ReFill and some Bi-Polar CV trim knobs would be super useful.

Thanks

it's not free, if you own something and it shows up as free in the shop I think it's because you have an update ready.

Ok thanks Mark.

Bugger. Are there any other Free Bi-Polar Knobs?

It is nicer to have a Combi with at least some tone controls

Lectric Panda’s Janitor CV Shaper should work. It’s free now. I need to see if I’ve downloaded this one myself, lol.

Thanks

I totally forgot about the HaMu Mod Panels. That does the job (with added Spider)

Good call but the problem with Thor, in this case, is that the Knobs are Unipolar 0-10 instead of BiPolar -5-+5.

The only way I can think of offhand to get Thor's Knob to output as Bi-Polar is to Scale with the Pitch Bend Wheel which is workable but only for one Knob. Not several. I devices that outputs several Bi-Polar control knobs naturally is better here and HaMu's boards do that (as do Kron, Arcus, Compare CV Scope, CV Mutant and a host of others that are paid).

The CVA-7 free RE plugin has a bipolar toggle (not a knob) https://pongasoft.com/rack-extensions/CVA7.html. You can disable the graph feature or you can fold it in which case there is no graph either
