All my REs have disappeared.

Damn it! I even get kicked out of the Reason Studios site all the time. Something looks to be broken with authentication on the site and probably with desktop authentication. So freaking anyoing that sh!t. And it is more frequent over the time.

PS: I was thinking to wait for Obsession RE, but now i think to buy the VST since i still can use my VSTs...What a hell of crap...

You found a solution? I would like to make some music and use my RE? Sometimes i have a feeling, that i need to spend too much time for solving bugs, sending reports and fixing problems instead of making music. Can thos devs today dont just create solid products anymore?

Yeah. I can’t remember totally what I did as I’m on really heavy painkillers just now but I think I Synced All and just let all the crap I don’t want (romplers and useless utilities) fully download. Then I went into the RE folder and deleted them again. Then it worked. I’m pretty sure that’s what I did.

Maybe you were one of those lucky guys in the end. I am curently not in the mood to re-login into the shop page the 100nth time after i got logged out imediately and retry and redownload 40gb. I sh!t on Reason today and do something else...

Yes, yes and yes.

But, the Authorizer window closes directly and it never automatically closed before. I checked the RE folder and noticed a new cache file, looked into it and there was the error. SO i guess, it cannot connect to a server. Note, that i have online authentication and i also cannot authenticate my computer atm.

I am still on the 19 version and not on the 2004.

Don't think the online verification makes any difference either as I have both my PC and my Balance authorized for offline use.
Guess you could try the Download Everything...even if it's going to take ages.

Edit: Reason just logged me out from My Products again.

Just be glad it's only a DAW rather than, say your electricity supply or your water supply. "Sorry you've been without water or toilets for 3 days. It all looks fine from here. Have you tried emptying all the pipes, letting them dry for a day and then refilling them?"
