there is also a sync button, nice for updates of RE's.

I also downloaded MODRACK NOISE and MODRACK VCF, but I still see the price of FREE. Now I do not know what updates are in the store, and what I already bought.

Just checked. Same here. Looks like they’ve redone the shop page. It’s a bug. They’ll fix it I guess. In the meantime just go to the your products page on your account and download from there.

It would be great if you could also do something about cropped screenshots (for example here, here and here).
For now, it seems you're a bit screwed if you're trying to sell a device that's taller than 6U (or 5U if it's a Player), at least on a desktop browser.
9U screenshots seem to work better on mobile, but how many people actually purchase REs on a mobile device?

Maybe it would be possible to scale down tall screenshots a bit more, so that the entire device fits in the view while still maintaining the fixed height of the carousel?
Or as an alternative, please give us new image format recommendations ASAP, so that we can replace the screenshots.

I love that they have decided to revamp the shop the week before the sales, when they can expect significantly more transactions. It's a bit like redesigning the lunar lander the day before launch.

I've never quite understood how a company that produces such reliable software can have such a badly implemented storefront. You have to hunt for the search button, the trial option is half-hidden and it sometimes gives me the prices in the wrong currency even though I am logged in.
