Some devices only develop their benefits in the long working process. Nothing appeals to everyone. Share your special discoveries.

1. One bit converter.

A very special overdrive effect.

Great for sound design! This device would easily be dismissed by many people

I've mentioned some of these in different threads before but here it goes anyway. I feel like people haven't realized the power in these REs because no one hardly talk about them.

Carve EQ Ducker
Disperser
Cassette Recorder Audio Processor - No.2
Synapse Fat Space
Kuassa Efektor Reverb (I've been abusing that Shimmer effect lately)

Also synth wise I feel that FM4 and Red70 don't get mentioned enough anymore.

I like FM4 too but I use it a lot less since buying Infonik RYM2612. Fat Space is great and you can’t go wrong in any way whatsoever with Kuassa.

Hi Cam, thanks for asking. Yes, as good as can be expected. Not giving up over 9 months of sobriety just for this, but it will be a test as it drags on I'm sure. Hope all is well with you and everyone else on this board. Music is a great distraction!

It is the only thing from this Designer I think. A one Hit wonder.

It's a joke plugin, but don't be fooled by its silly look. It's actually really useful. The distortion is great (set it to "Bad quality" on the tape setting) and the RE adds so much character. Also the "Wobble" knob makes otherwise sterile sounding things come alive.
Since I know the Demos in the shop aren't exactly serious. Here's a track I made where the CRAPRE 2 effect is used on EVERY sound.

Neutron, for weird drone stuff. With a bunch of BZR-1 Chaotic Signal Generators for modulation.

It's CRAP Re (No. 1) which was a one time thing, only available on April 1st kind of as a joke. Peff came out with No. 2 the next year, iirc, and it has remained in the shop since its release. I think No.2 is way better than No.1, so those who didn't get No.1 aren't really missing out on anything. Thankfully No.2 is in the shop. It's great. I need to pull it out and use it more often.
Players are to MIDI what synthesizers are to waveforms.

Okay a three hit Wonder. Now I remember I have also the Mixer and this does some Tasks I could not archive with other Mixers.

Well I got beat to Neutron & BZR which are making it into almost every track for different reasons each time aat the mo.

I'll have to go with the AD480 reverb. Man this reverb is powerful and flexible (cv galore). Never before have I successfully used a reverb to fatten the bottom of a kick or enhance a bass so drastically!

XEM is really great. I always have a drum machine in my standard templates but using separate outputs going to different mixer channels for different processing. XEM is connected between the drum machine and the different mixer channels.

When changing the drum machine, the wires are always cut from the separate outputs, so I use XEM wired to the mixer channels, which remains after changing the drum machine and wiring from the drum machine outputs to XEM is done in 5 seconds. And at the same time it takes only tiny space displaying the volume for the drums that go to the mixer channels (where usually Selig Gain does sit).

Turn2on Subcolours for sure. (I use several of their RE's frequently, and think they're probably a quite underrated developer)
