I was hoping for some kind of discount to put me over the edge like most developers do. Maybe I should have put that in the survey.

Same here. I think the upgrade has been on sale in the past but I may be wrong.

I suggested in the survey that I didn't think the upgrade was worth the price given that I had no use for Reason as a VST plug-in. It's just shy of $200 (AUS), so a fair amount for the other additions the upgrade to R11 offered. I'd imagine other Reason users, that have not upgraded to R11, would have similar ideas if they had no use for Reason as a plug-in.

same... also said they should do a tiered system with suit for racks you have... mentioned video resolution and very few daw improvements for the money, besides rewire being removed. No interest in plug version.

Suite is moderately appealing. A lot of extra devices. But I have a lot of what's in there already. Would the extra stuff get much mileage? And the upgrade to Suite is close to $400 Aus!! More likely I'll buy the standard upgrade when it represents better value for me. I believe BeatMap is now included? I was also thinking about buying Magix Acid for some duties I can't do in Reason (mainly the Beat Mapper tool). So if I do I'll probably get the R11 upgrade so I can run Reason in Acid. It's value is going up for me all the time

Been checking the currency values with all the Covid-19 turmoil. Thought I might snag the upgrade a little cheaper. It was around $196 Aus last week. It’s gone up to $208 Aus currently! Ouch!

I updated reason without hesitation.

The new FX units are fantastic!

Sweeper is my go to filter/serum replica phaser and flanger filters


The rack vst lets me use my vst host where they run a bit more stable

And now I can even use players on vsts!

All things that have made my life way easier and especially more fun:)

Hope this graphics update is a thing

erm in the last survay i bothered to comment in(im allways getting requests to fill in surveys) i mentioned only a certain type of person would bother to fill in the boxes thus all the results are squed any way. Indeed the collection off info these days is big business and the only way the right answer is going to suface is when theres a central app that gives you a simple yes or no option on your phone when yer reading facebook etc.but theres an entire idustry to correct and i dont think something that usefull stands a chance.

Guess that is just a message to say "Sorry, you did not win anything, but hey, buy Suite for 10% off!". A bit strange why it is only on Suite or does it work also on R11 standard upgrade...?

Mine says "on your upgrade to Reason 11 Suite", so I assume that's all it's for . Suite upgrade is $329 in Canada. Saving $32 hasn't really changed my mind about waiting.

I tell them in detail why I am not upgrading to suit and get 10 percent off of the suite I don't want... another slap in the face
