For Christmas may I please have a device which is a combinator with 16 rotaries and 16 buttons, merged with Delta. Also a different American president if that's not asking too much.

-> Reason Feature Requests, especially the part about the US president. Though I don't think anyone can ever make any difference in that role.

Do you want new features as often as every 4 years?

That's a bold statement sir!

Which policies infuriate you to this point? I don't think I could ever part with Reason, I'd move to a different country before that!

it’s a sacrifice I’d gladly make for the greater good. 😆

it would be easier to list what doesn’t infuriate me about this president, so here goes:

Can anyone confirm ....Is this thing in Beta? If so, are we far away from a upgrade date? Thanks

Well there's an election for U.S President in November this year isn't there? is there anyone who could possibly get into office besides Trump realistically?

We the Russians can install them anyone, anytime. They say it's realistic.

It could be Bernie Sanders or Joe Biden. I hope to god, for the sake of the climate at least (although I'm not sure what their agenda is on that) that Trump doesn't get another 4yrs in office.

👍🏼 all of the major democratic candidates have said that climate change would be a top priority.

are you suggesting that nothing can (or should) be done about climate change? I’m not really following.

Climate change could be result of CO2 emission. Or it could be from pollution of oceans. Or it could be from increased activity of the sun. Or it happened regularly in history and we are witnessing one of the peaks now.

The climate models scientists used for their predictions of global collapse can't describe the past oscillations of the climate known from archeology. And scientists are people too. You won't get any funding if you don't shock people at times. Everybody would forget about you if you said everything's fine, what good are you there for, then? I used to work as a sysadmin, and I periodically arranged network failures in the office and then repaired it. It's hard to explain why they need to pay you if everything works fine anyway.

You are referring to THE SINGLE "scientific proof" known as the Anderegg study. It's well known in the scientific community as a scam, that's why it's referred to by the person's name, and not the study's topic.

Of the 3146 scientists surveyed only 79 candidates' results have been scored - that's how they got that %. In scientific terms, the RELIABILITY of such a "study" is precisely 0. Even the 3146 were pre-selected based on their "views". Anderegg also had sponsors and an agenda, which in scientific terms is called bias. But don't take my word for it https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3012507/

Growth and reduction of pole caps is a cyclic event, with a full cycle of roughly 20'000 years, so while the arctic is indeed getting smaller, NASA conceded, that despite an active volcano spewing lava from underneath for about 10 years now, the antarctic ice mass is constantly GROWING.
https://www.nasa.gov/feature/goddard/na ... han-losses

Don't forget that climate change is a multi-trillion business, which runs on taxpayers' money, which was taken from them without consent. And what about GreenPeace, PETA, mormons, jehova's witnesses and scientologists - they've been collecting money for decades with a promise to fix precisely these kind of problems. Where are they now?

And remember the ozone-hole fighters? Where are they now, having collected all that money? You think they are in jail? Guess again.

We are here now:

P.S. The increase in CO2 can result in only one thing - growth of flora, because that's what they "eat", which, in turn, will result in decrease of CO2. In the past 35 years, the global tree coverage has increased by over 7% despite what we are made to believe, and human impact on this growth (mass planting in India and Canada) is negligible. https://www.nature.com/articles/s41586- ... -BlFW9bgZM
