Sampler VST recommendations

Hey guys I'm looking for a good VST Sampler plugin. Any good recommendations ?

TAL sampler is highly rated. Doesn't actually sample though, just loads and plays/mangles them. I have MPC software which is pretty comprehensive but is steeped in MPC idiosyncratic workflow and aimed at beat makers so has certain limitations, four velocity layers for example. It's cool though and can be got cheap at Dontcrack.com.
