Hi

I have an audio sample that i wish to put an effect on it so it sounds like a stuck record - it gets to the end of the phrase and jumps back.

How do I do this in reason and emulate the click of the needle as it jumps back?

TIA

Cheers

One of many options is to put your sample in NN-XT and set the play mode to FW-LOOP. NN19 does that by default I believe.
I'd then layer it with a record scratch sample.

Also, there's this Rack Extension called Glitch I came across, super cheap, it can make the stutter effect (and also tape stop, gate, reverse)

If you don't want to pay for REs, the above mentioned or simply duplicate the audio file in the sequencer at the grid you desire.

and then layer the needle click like mentioned above. I found a good one (0:15)
