"quiet storm" flute-ish horn patch?

I'm trying to get a flute-ish horn sound as heard in the background of the chorus of this classic tune

which is a sound (or similar) used on many soft rock and "quiet storm" style tracks of the late 70's and 80's. I have been unable to create it myself using in stock factory refill sounds but I'm wondering if anyone else has attempted it or has a similar sound available.
