I certainly feel teased. What is it...midi 2.0? An mpe competitor? A new midi controller that comes with a separate touchscreen?

Anybody's guess! We see a software interface in the video. A tablet. Is it an iPad? An iPad app?

But the name does imply something to do with MIDI. Looks like a standard keyboard... We see the player click something on the tablet to possibly load a patch/scene, but that wouldn't be new necessarily...

Aside from what looks like a patch selection performed on the tablet, we don't see anything above what looks like playing a standard keyboard. So here's one guess I have—Maybe the MIDI uses facial expression capture with a camera and you can shape the sound with different facial expressions? If not, that should be a thing!

That is a proper tease... Google no help... no other videos on nextmidi youtube channel... no further info on www.nextmidi.com except a signup for newsletter... sounds lovely though...

Teaser B:

All I see here is what looks like scene/patch selection and multiple tracks recording at once. Doesn't appear to be anything new? Will have to see more...

The player is also using a foot controller.

Thanks. Yeah I had actually found this after doing a search right after my post. But the app only focuses on mouth for wah, which is a step. I imagine a plugin that can take your facial expressions (sad, happy, scared, surprised, angry, etc. and everything between) and shape the music with it.
