I want the favorites lists in the browser panel to be nestled: i.e. a big category like "effects", then inside that smaller categories, like, e.g., "modulation" and then inside that "chorus".

That whould be awesome. Currently i have like 30 favorite lists labeled like "SNTH Wavetable", "FX Delay", FX Reverb", "MIX Dynamic", "MIX Eq" and so on.

I agree, but i still say what i said pretty often: Tags.

Just type (or click) FX+Modulation+Phaser and bam!
