[Combinator] Pulsar Echo Ensemble

Hi,

I've made an effect combinator simulating a string ensemble type effect. The combinator requires Pulsar (which should be included with Reason 10+). There's two patches in the archive, one FX combinator that is meant to be used as an insert effect, and the other is a synth patch, basically the same effect hooked up to a Subtractor to give a musical/sound context.
