I just have a few things to note...
1. The girls haircut...amazing...everybody want this within the next few years
2. The GUI of the DAW with MIDI support looked incredible bad
3. Wha does the girl hold a guitar all the time?
4. Interesting, that i can have all that stuff nearly sounding the same on a mobile phone today instead of something really new...

That's "Rock School", an astonishingly naff BBC series trying to teach "the kidz" how to be in a band. It's partially responsible for a whole decade of musical mediocrity.
Regardless of that, I watched every programme. Music stuff was hard to come by back then...
