Easy GIF creator

Someone on this forum once shared a link to a GIF creator software which was stupendously easy and quick to use.

Anyone have any ideas of a quick and easy one? Not that it's a difficult process, just this software worked really well and I'd like to find one just as good.

These both have the same feature where you hover the app over what you want to make into a gif, either way they will both do the trick.
