To save somebody's time: The parts were unsalvageable and damaged with unsafe components.
Gibson is giving away a guitar every day over the next 1000 days.

Getting in the mood for Evoke, ey?! (Must stop posting and work on my prod...)
I wish.
While the scene surely matured quite a bit, Evoke is still kind of a cosy party (the real party is outside ) and has imho not changed that much in the past 15 years. As for the sponsors, if I'm not mistaken most of these are small to medium businesses run by sceners and I appreciate the free BBQ and the rather low entrance fee that's made possible by the sponsors.bxbrkrz wrote: ↑14 Aug 2019I wish.
I loved it when it was hard to set up, underground, pushing machines to their limits.
When I opened your link I see an ocean of sponsors.
The normies have taken over.
The spirit of this digital anarchism is long gone. They grew up. A cubicle, a tie, a wife and one and a half kid.
Great feedback, thank you! I am happy to know the spirit is still strong and alive!jam-s wrote: ↑14 Aug 2019While the scene surely matured quite a bit, Evoke is still kind of a cosy party (the real party is outside ) and has imho not changed that much in the past 15 years. It's on...
