Hello I watched a video where you could drag a bunch of samples and load it into Abletons Sampler. I tried doing this with NNXT and nn-19 and couldn't do it. Is there any plugins that would be able to do this? Or is this something only ableton does?

Dragging multiple samples into NNXT works. Just highlight all the files you want and then drag them over.

It might depend where you are dragging from.

Yes, from the browser.

You can do the same with KONG by dragging 16 files to Pad 1, they will be put in order from 1 to 16.

Also it's from the reason browser, windows/mac native explorer. All should work normally.

Just keep in mind HOW you drag them in matters. If one by one they will over-write unless you deselect first. And the process to make new Kong pad layers is different from making new Kong hits. Trial n error, or peek the manual.
Drag a Rex into NN-XT, and it auto-maps...sweet!

You can even swap out multiple sounds in KONG in one go
For example, by dragging 3 sounds to pad 9 you will replace 9 + 10 + 11 :) !

Some ideas:
Turn Auto preview off in the browser
Go to FX/Glitch from Redrum/KONG (or any random soundbank/folder) select 16 items
Drag them in KONG slot 1
Preview items and see how many you would replace
Select that number of files
Drag those in slot 1

This way, you create new sets of sounds with sounds you would have replaced, but maybe sound good with the new ones you dragged in :P

Thanks for posting this. I've dragged samples one by one into Kong more times than I'd want to admit. There were many times I thought there had to be a more efficient way.
