I'm only about halfway through but this is absolutely amazing. Underground techno with an experimental touch while hitting on primal instincts.

"The album goes on a journey that deviates from techno norms, though retaining a techno aesthetic, as it moves through broken beat, jungle, drum and bass, post dubstep, circling back through techno again and out the other side. This is drum heavy work, design to cause soundsystem wreckage and dancefloor disorientation."

"I Hate Models’ music has always been expansive and widescreen in its vision, but the 12 tracks and 93 minutes of L’Âge Des Métamorphoses push this approach far further than ever before. Each track glides between melodic, vocal, percussive and acidic sections with ease, keeping interest high without ever dropping into locked techno loops. Just like the restless DJ style that has seen him play in clubs and festivals around the globe this album refuses to sit still for a moment, constantly twisting and turning as each track progresses to its destination, far away from the point where it started."

Very surprisingly this....

Maybe sobriety is a bad thing :?

Just the song though, not the video. I find her annoying.

I share the sentiment. The only thing I like from her is a cover she did of Jolene.

I thought she was pretty good at the Chris Cornell Tribute Concert in January this year...starts out a bit weak but gets way better...

Still this

It's very much a track of two halves, so if you haven't heard it, turn it up and stick around to the end if you wanna transcend.
