I'm updating. Or adding more like.
Scallops, which I dive for commercially. We eat em by the multiples of dozens so my scallop recipies are vertually useless to most people as they're so expensive to buy retail at £2-4 each in the UK.
I'ts only my second season doing this so I'm not quite over the excitemnt of it all. I've basiucally turned into the Bubba Gump Scallop Cpmpany.
I've bought a deep fryer so I can make beer battered scallops n chips. There's about 3 different versions of scallops with tagliatelle so far and climbing. Scallop risotto. Scallops with bacon and black pudding (blood sausage). Mussels with scallops n beer (Belgian Style) Stir fried with oyster sauce and pan fried noodles (hong kong style). And they're pretty amazing if you just eat em raw on the boat.
I've yet to make a curry out of em but it's coming. So is scallop bisque/chowder.

Ugh, food. I hate it. I only eat to stop myself from dying and so I don't feel hungry. You'd never know it to look at me, I'm pretty robust. But I just despise everything about food. Having to go to a supermarket and buy it, come home and prepare it, try to make it palatable, mash it up with your teeth and swallow it down, then wait for your body to dissolve it so you can shit it out. I find the whole process totally repugnant and it takes up way too much time. I long for food pills which will give us all of the energy, protein and nutrients we need with no waste. Just take one per day and it suppresses your appetite and gives your body what it needs. Yes please. Until then, I guess beans on toast, poached eggs on toast, chicken burgers, fish and chips, a burrito from time to time, and porridge.

I'm pretty sure it's the only place you can get beans on toast served to you in a cafe, yeah.
It's also the only place you can eat tea.
Funny old place really.

I don't know anyone who would eat beans on toast in a cafe. You'd just make it at home. It's so easy to make. In fact I don't know that I've ever even seen it on a cafe menu personally.

I'd say anywhere you can eat tea is pretty peculiar :p

I'd go with spaghetti bolognese. I just can't get tired of it. I eat it like a pig. I go crazy. I slurp and stuff it in, sometimes even choking on it.

Although I don't eat mcdonalds.. Man, I learned how to make that "mac sauce" at home and I always put it on burgers whenever I make them(not very often)

I just try not to eat any junk food generally but it's nice to indulge once and a while.
