Scary Strings is a fantastic library, I'm glad it's finally available again.

Yeah pairs nicely too with the amplified cellos and frozen strings.esselfortium wrote: ↑02 Apr 2019Scary Strings is a fantastic library, I'm glad it's finally available again.

Damn the amount of high quality free stuff is growing by the day. Very cool. Thanks for regularly updating the thread, much appreciated!
I just checked out the SA Kepler Orchestra. It looks like they managed to marry a baby version of Kompulsion to their libraries and it gave me the idea to try something like it in Reason. I've never thought about using Kompulsion with orchestral sounds before..

I wish I could just add the new releases to my account with their app. Looking up my credentials, logging in, adding new stuff and restarting the app is a bit cumbersome.

Hmmm my login is saved. I just click 'GET' and it opens the app and installs it. Pretty similar as installing a RE.diminished wrote: ↑30 Sep 2019I wish I could just add the new releases to my account with their app. Looking up my credentials, logging in, adding new stuff and restarting the app is a bit cumbersome.
All the LABS stuff is interesting and decent quality but I wish they would put a better UI on it. Just adding some text to the controls and boosting the contrast would help but they really need to have one knob per parameter instead of having to assign the big knob to one parameter at a time.
New one is not my favourite so far, but I still grabbed it, because I really want to "become something". Also, you know, free.
These are excellent freebies. The UI is a little primitive, and tweakability is very limited. But the quality of the sound is amazing, I'm using these way more than I thought I would for standard soundtracky stuff
