Yep...and if I could I’d give you all of the stupid, useless 80 points. And while I was at it I’d give you those two stupid DNALabs Romplers as well.

Haha! You made me have a good laugh today! (and I was not in a very good mood, I admit). I have also lots of Rewards points... for no use. Some will disappear soon (as I assume they're valid 6 months, is it?)

I didn't try any DNALabs RE ever, I admit, but now... I'm not sure to know if I want... ;)

Glad I brightened up your day man :). The points are valid for a year but as far as I can see I wouldn’t get any use out of them even if they were valid for 10.
As far as DNALabs goes...my views have been stated in more than one ReasonTalk thread. It feels like the guy puts out about a thousand refills a month and every single sound in every single one of them sounds pretty much the same. Seriously...I try to be philosophical about it, accept that I threw away my money and just move on with my life. But every time I see those two stupid Romplers in my Rack it does my head in. Ech!!!

Yes I know what it is. On my side, it's mainly about some VSTs I shouldn't have bought...
Sometimes I think: "why?". But then I move on.

Absolutely. At least with VSTs you can just delete the .dll files and they’re gone. Those two stupid Romplers show up back in my Rack every time I sync my account. Grrrr!!!

I also saw the 'Rewards system' as a cash grab for Propellerhead. Little to nothing offered as anything to use with your points with.

My problem is that I believe Propellerhead must have realized that quite a few users may just go ahead and activate their points without fully realizing they expire. In turn, users thinking they better spend the points on whatever expensive items are available.
Clever business strategy by the Props, but also a dick move.

Why not have points that are just there, that don't need to be activated and can be used whenever you want. An activation forces folks to buy something within a time frame.

Our fault for not reading the time print but Propellethead new full well what they were doing. And it's not trying to reward users, it's trying to make more money for the company.

Also believe that reward points should be able to be used on sale items.

Do you get 'reward points' for purchasing Reason DAW upgrades :?:

And if you do? why can you not use 'reward points' to help you buy upgrades?

I wish, it would be nice to use rewards, as an actual reward towards anything you want from the store, including upgrades. It's sucks, and on top of it you are limited to either $25 or $50 max, not stackable. And pretty much any sale will get you what you want for cheaper than the price after reward. Go figure.

Reason rewards is like a dating agency where your only choices are your ex-girlfriend, your cousin or your sister.

Just noticed this too!
Could I use a £50 reward voucher against Torsion which is in the rewards section for £64 and get it for £14?

I always assumed that the reward discount was limited to 50% I've read people saying this a few times but can't actually find anything about a restriction on the rewards page or the 'contact us' page here:
https://help.reasonstudios.com/hc/en-us ... os-Rewards
I know that you can only use one voucher per reward and that the maximum voucher value you can generate from reward points is £50, so effectively the maximum discount is £50, but if there are REs less than £99 on the rewards page then this is (finally) a decent discount no?
