Thanks for that, never thought about updating it. Well, good news is, it will not update! There is an "error" with my Balance, apparently. Ticket submitted.pushedbutton wrote: ↑10 Mar 2019you might wanna check you've updated your licence on your balance for if it happens again

No problem . I’m guessing Authorizer will fix it. Just read the instructions for what order to plug everything in. .

I think it‘s rather strange that the Propellerheads haven’t issued any kind of apology for the downtime, either by e-mail or mentioned it on their homepage or on their blog…
I didn’t notice the downtime, because I have authorized Reason for offline use, but I use subscription RE’s, so that should have caused issues.
Because Reason was already running when the downtime occurred, it had already authorized the subscription RE’s it seems.
Anyway, this calls for a free RE of choice from the PH Shop as a compensation for the cost involved by interrupting productivity!

I said this the last time the server went down, but I really recommend that no one uses internet verification as their primary way to authorize Reason (or any software imo). I realize it's 2019 and the cloud is a thing, but I'd personally rather my setup not be entirely dependent on outside factors that I can't control or fix.
Haha! No apology? Wait till you get a load of this. I opened a ticket with PH for the Balance not being able to update, and Craig tells me that Balance is not supported anymore for authorization. How's that! While the page still specifically mentions the Balance as a device on which a license can reside.CloudsOfSound wrote: ↑10 Mar 2019I think it‘s rather strange that the Propellerheads haven’t issued any kind of apology for the downtime, either by e-mail or mentioned it on their homepage or on their blog…
