New (?) app idea for marking songs for sampling

Hi everyone! So the other day, I was listening to a song on my phone on the train and I came across a part of the song that I wanted to sample but I didn't have enough time to memo the minutes and seconds of where that part came. Does anyone know of an ios or android app that marks/flags audio with DAW integration? If not, does anyone know of an app that can memo timecode of an audio?

I would imagine the app would do something like this:

User listens to audio on app -> user presses button -> app memos the timecode of the audio -> user can read the memo with the timecodes (minute:seconds:miliseconds)

* with DAW integration, the app will place markers on the audio, and the audio with the markers can be read in the DAW as well.
