What is the sample rate and bit rate of the WAV file in question? Perhaps it is not a standard one?

Not sure but for example a kick of one of those non working samples is 3 times the size of a kick from vengeance. So that's probably the case.

What about the refill though?

Not sure. I have that refill, and everything loads up just fine. Are you trying to load one of the patches from that refill, or individual samples from the data files?

If your computer uses 16bit audio, but the files and the refill are 24bit - Reason will not see them.

There's computers that use 16 bit audio?

I have windows 10, it handles 64 bit.

I think it does, I think Reason 1 already did.

Every version after 5 maybe does 24bitdepth import export but if you wanted that you rewire.
if you mean export beyond 24 bitdepth.
