Ozone RE versus Ozone 5 versus Ozone 6

Hi

I use Ozone RE and find it pretty good for getting a loud, warm, punchy master. The times when it doesn't work well, I can usually improve the end result by going back into the mix and addressing the root cause of issues (normally I'm overcrowding tracks and more ruthless EQ is required).

Has anyone got any experience with the newer versions of Ozone? I see Ozone 6 has a standalone mode which would be appealing so I don't need to host it in another DAW.
I'm thinking of the $250 version, not the super expensive version with the Insight visualisations.

Are the algorithms any better? Is it able to deal with a less pristine mix and able to make the track louder while preserving dynamics/transients?
