Yeah I think in similar lines, actually.
Similar to both nicola and Karma.
And all three of us have had our moments of sansara diving in the past.
Actually I have Karma on my ignore list over at puf, because of this one outbreak of desperation in summer last year (I think), but here I was able to see different sides of him. Maybe, Nicola, we can all do our best to see the best in each other, cause if we have to go in spiral terms, then I'd wholeheartedly prefer a positive upward spiral. And for me in all practicality that should mean to stay out of threads which represent the opposite of my preferred direction. I shall try to only step in, if I can be of help.
When you, Nicola, had your moment two (was it?) years ago, I actually dreamt about you, and tought about you a lot, because I could feel your pain. I actually wanted to go to Austria and give you a hug. But I couldn't afford it and you would have thought me crazy anyway, so the only thing I could do was to let it happen.
I know I'm chaotic and all, going back and forth between topics, but I think I'm starting to understand Karma a little bit better now and will work on making my views more positive again, and maybe manage to touch the yin and yangs grey line from time to time.
Well time will tell and in the meantime:
Om Tare tuttare Ture Svaha!
Cheers!
Fredhoven

It all comes down to this right here. There is so much meaning behind the flower of life.

In your own words, please describe your understanding of the meaning

By the way, what's going on with your user account? I could have sworn it was disabled an hour ago.

It's been set to a country-specific detonation. The moment my clock ticked over to midnight, the PUF screen became this:

The rest of the site is AMAZING  ! There is an integrated sequencer-tiggered menu that allows browsing of the shop's RE's based on tempo, genre and key. I have never seen anything so advanced ! And the Discover platform is cross-platform compatible with any DAW that has ReWire installed.

Holy crap, there's fingerprint recognition for logging in if you are using Take or Figure. This is such a mindblowing web portal.

There is also a 'pay per use' service for RE's at 39 cents per hour, or part thereof.

My account was having issues- thought it was just me having problems with the chat deal, kept getting emails of every post even though I set preferences, couple other reasons. But yeah- deleted & started a new acct.
Flower of Life: I was really inspired by this film and researched more. To me it represents everything mathematical and spiritual.. the infinite consciousness I call God.

If I may be so bold as to refer back to the OP in what has become a great thread - I'm amazed that people still feel enslaved to the idea that they should show Propellerhead ANY respect.

10 people have voted 'Sincere heartfelt goodbye message.'

Err, HELLO ! This is a company that speaks in riddles to it's customer base. A development firm whose last upgrade was lousy (whether you like R8 or not, it cannot really be spoken of as 'good value'). A company that has swiftly taken away a decade of community knowledge at the sweep of a hand. A service desk that has people often waiting weeks before replying, with nothing more than a 'so sorry, we missed your email'. Poor authorization servers, stifling the work of people that have a job to do. Sneaky non-answers from the staff when asked to explain their decisions. Non-transferrable plugins.

Look, I love Reason, but Propellerheads, as a company, are as lousy as they come. Sincere heartfelt message be damned, my message to them is FUCK YOU. Take that to the streets, Ernst.

A heart felt goodbye.

It was thanks to the PUF forum and its users that encouraged me to purchase recommended RE's and Refills particularly Bitleys WBF.

Without that forum I would be leading a sheltered Reason existence operating from the factory soundbank and orkester bank.

Migrated to ReasonTalk just in time. Only found out about the shut down today.

Hey that sounds fun, your suggestion is sophisticated unlike the flashing dicks or posting poor comedy from Youtube. Although i'm not a fan of bashing developers but, ...a 1 timer doesn't hurt, ...start the thread & let us know the link, you little rascal. ;)
Nicola... I'm a bit unclear. Did you like the dicks idea and the video or not? :t0152:     ;)

Precisely. They encouraged you to purchase. In this this instance it served their purpose well. As a profit generating tool rather than a community initiative.

Props don't give a damn about you people. Us people. Whatever. They are just another business trying to make it big. That's what businesses do, They aren't your friend, and they aren't you lover. EVERYTHING the do is for profit, not for love. Feelings of emotion towards such a  soulless entity only shows that their manipulation has been successful. Bye Bye forum, but Props we still looooooooove yooooou. Take our money ! !

Exactly. A church is not a building, it is the congregation, In this case, the church is now here. There's nothing to say goodbye to, but the manipulative corporation that hosted this crowd for but a moment in time. The future is already here and the past is being destroyed by Propellerhead for reasons unknown, unless you can decipher their riddles.

I offer them a heartfelt middle finger  :P
