Oh for like, instruction or teaching or whatever? Hmm. Not that I know of. I guess the best certification you can have is your work/results!

I always run when I see somebody waving with that kind of certificate, especially when they‘re in IT departments ;)

Yes something like Reason Certified user or Professional, for teaching purposses mainly

Like an Ableton Certified Trainer. Apparently those DAW specific certifications are worth something.

When you are a private school or training center etc... this certifications use to be one of the requirements for being official and get academic licenses and teaching material etc...
Of course you could teach without those advantages and support, but if you have 2x15 computers in the school and want to make courses you need to purchase 30 licenses plus upgrades if you want to stay on the edge, and those licenses are not going to be used in a production pipeline.
