Nostromo update to 2.1
And the coolest bit, the last used/selected Rand function will then be the function of the random/die button. For example you can randomize just Osc 2 buy selecting "Rand Osc > 2" and from that point forward clicking the die will only randomize that section.

I wish the menu actions where remotable
latest V12 on MacOS Ventura
I wish they were a well as the randomize button.
wow, these randomization options are really useful, now if you go "too far", you can really easily random just the section that is causing the "too far".
really nice update!
hate to be that guy but noticed two strange features:
when randomizing LFOs, key sync is always on (edit. naahn its not always on.... but most of the time it is)
when randomizing fxs, it would be nice that they would be enabled by default after the randomization.

I get a quality 4-5 hours a night.
I'll just throw this out there: Many geniuses have been known to sleep for very short periods of time. I, myself, just woke up from a nice 8 hour nap.
Thanks for the great update to an already amazing device, Rob! You do fantastic work, my brotha!
Great Update. I Hope some filterupdates comming soon
What kind of filters are you looking for?
A filter like Pulveriser. Crunchy and warm.

just found a bug *i think**
i loaded up a bunch of spectrum waveforms of all sorts into the 3 table oscillators.
had no attack or release on the amp env.
set the first filter to a SVF LP12
increased the filter env to full.
went to adjust the attack on the filter env *env 2*
the filter envelope was triggering waaaay faster than what it was set to.
setting the attack to 8 seconds, and when i played it back there is no way that the quick filter sweep i heard was 8 seconds, it sounded like 1 or two.
i tried adjusting the level knob, maybe it is like a scale knob or something? but all it did was make the filter louder.
can someone please confirm if the filter 2 *the filter env* is working properly? it seems like every now and again it works but i don't know exactly what i am doing to make it malfunction.
i tried the settings i provided a few times and got it to bug out so i think someone should be able to see what i mean :-p i hope i wasn't too confusing about all of this thanks in advanced to anyone who helps the cause

Would love to take a look, do you have a patch file you could share?scratchnsnifff wrote: ↑17 Jul 2018just found a bug *i think**

This is a killer update btw, great work!

I’ll have to make one when I get home. But if you just try to make a basic pad sound using filter env (env 2) you’ll see what I mean. The attack time that’s displayed numerically, does not seem to correlate with what is played backrcbuse wrote: ↑17 Jul 2018Would love to take a look, do you have a patch file you could share?scratchnsnifff wrote: ↑17 Jul 2018just found a bug *i think**

Try setting up filter one and a full env ammount with a long attack value

I think I see what you are talking about. You might want to adjust the curve of filter 2 down to zero to make it linear since the default curve shape has a quick rise.scratchnsnifff wrote: ↑18 Jul 2018I’ll have to make one when I get home. Didn’t even think of that! Thanks haha sorry for the bug scare, I’ll try it out when I get home. That has to be what I was encounteringrcbuse wrote: ↑18 Jul 2018I think I see what you are talking about.
