I like that attitude. That's what I also love about the Lectric Panda products from Rob
latest V12 on MacOS Ventura
I love Rob’s REs - they really get my creative juices going, and you just can’t put a price on stuff like that IMO.theshoemaker wrote:I like that attitude. That's what I also love about the Lectric Panda products from Rob

Count me as interested! Here's a wild guess, which part of me thinks Selig would NOT make, but another part does.
Here it is: It is some kind of multi-track TAPE emulation device. But what makes it special, is that when routing multiple tracks into Selig's new device and used as a master bus, the various channels interact with each other like tape would, like crosstalk, the way Softube's
Tape Multitrack in Studio One 3 works.

Multiband up/downward compression with color, limiting, distortion, filtering and transformers emulations (I guess)FlowerSoldier wrote:When is that new Selig RE going to drop? I'm really looking forward to seeing what it is about.

Now that's an EQ that's more than just its curves
Exciting!
I have one criticism though: the name. American spelling... and it's a bit... generic?

"Use the ColoringEQ for:
Surgical and Smooth EQ
Exciter Effects
Increasing Bass Perception on Small Speakers
Bringing your Tracks Forward in the Mix without Adding Peak Level
Adding Power and Weight to your Drums
Creative Sound Design
“Note Tracking” EQ and Filter Effects
Adding Energy and Excitement to your Tracks and Mixes"
Sounds very interesting & a lot more than just an EQ. Looking forward to TRY.

I guess I'll take this waiting time to read over the manual.. I never read manuals!
Praise be! Praise be!
Looks good - will def TRIAL it when it's in a shop. I am always interested in REs that do something unusual.
I see this is your first post here - welcome to Reason Talk! I do hope you’ll stick around and take some time to enjoy our forums.krancek wrote:Coloring EQ, very promissing looking .... but I cant find it in prop shop yet, neither the price for it. For sure worth trying.
