I finally got my code, but when I attempt to use it, it says code not valid.
I presume you are meant to paste it into the promotion code window and click apply code?

I bought Reason online from zzsounds so I could buy it on an installment plan.
Do I qualify for the $30 voucher? Or did I have to buy it directly from propellerhead?

The Black Friday sale lasts just 2 more days and is offering Polar at $39.

I'm in love with Polar and if I could snag it for $9 I would jump at the chance.

If i go ahead and purchase Polar do you think I could get the $30 retroactively like a rebate?

I'm not sure. I would think as long as you registered R10 with Propellerhead before the sale began, I think you would be good.

You would also have to be signed up for newsletters and offers to have received it. Otherwise, you'll need to contact support. I'm not sure how long the offer was good for...

Yeah polar is amazing use it so much myself!

You will not get a retro active rebate no cash equivalent but it does not hurt to ask if you did not receive the voucher when you qualified for the conditions then what I would do is press them to extend the sales discounts for you so that you get Polar for $9. Fair is fair!

I'd suggest trying to enter it a few more times and if that doesn't work send it to me in PM! ha ha ha
And then contact customer support again and tell them it isn't working.

I'd say you could check to see if it works but not purchase and it would still be active! I'll check that for you if you want.

For other folks, their code was on a coupon image, and on that image was an expiration date. And for many people that I know, that expiration date was at the end of Friday. But if they issued you just a code separately, I would check back with them and tell them it's not working and they can get to the bottom of it.
