Nektar Panorama Remote Maps Thread

I swapped the Amp Envelope and Filter envelope pages around on the Subtractor. So filter displays on the left on faders 1-4 and amp is on the right faders 5-8. It's a little less confusing when looking at or if your used to how the subtractor layout is.

Two problems with the original mappings are
1) I think some of the mappings were done by someone who did not use the device and hence the layouts could be better (see your example).
2) with the Original mappings you don't know what is mapped to what unless you look at the mapping file or twist every knob, that's one of the reason I do the mappings the way I do it so you can flip from Knob to Fader to upper knob views.

Was the very last P1 mapping I posted error free? If so I will add it to the dropbox..

Which the zip with the fixed combinator error?

If I want to play any synth from the pads of the Panorama how do one do this ?
In the manual it says to press the <Pads> key, but nothing...
I have played around with Pad-map and I can see the pad changes to the key pressed, still no sound...

you can just play them however your source will have to go low enough i.e. they start at C1

or remap them, hit the Pads, then Pad-map, Learn, hit the pad you want to change then hit a new key on the keyboard.

Hmm, it could be worth resetting your Nectar, i.e. Setup \ Load \ Preset 1 etc.

Hey i was going through the thread...im interested in using remote maps....im even more interested right now with thr possibility to remap the transport window...i want to assign my playhead knob to bottom pan knobs 5 or 6...is this possible and how?

Personally looking at is I would move Left Loop Bar to 3, right Loop Bar to 4, Left Loop Beat to 7 and Right Loop Beat to 8

First of all make sure that your text editor support White spaces (tabs) if not you make the file unusable when you save it.
As I said I would swap the 3 and 4 with 5 and 6 (and make the old 5 and 6, 3 and 4) then save the file then restart your Nektar.

I don't know Macs, Looks like permissions issues, have a google about unlocking files etc.

Thanks I got it. I figured out to use the remote maps copy everything in and replace it. Ive been able to successfully change a parameter. The other question i have is im able to change the 8 knobs on the top but i would like to put them on the 8 pan knob im not seeing how to do that. what menu option do i need to replace them in transport mode? Thanks!
