I know, I know: it's not a RE, but as of 2020 the "Spitfire BBC Symphony Orchestra Discover" VST (€49 or maybe still for free I you consider a "delivery" delay of two weeks) is best bang for your buck, despite lacking some extras such as Legato, or round robin samples. An amazing library (only 200MB!!!)

Found this topic after all these years and this bit from Softphonics when he attacked Joey made me laugh a lot. Obviously it became clear after 2015 there were definitely things Softphonics 'can't say here' - mainly that whilst posting in this aggressive tone on the forum, he was also busy thieving samples from Native Instruments' products and reselling them.

I guess he should have tried making some of his own sample libraries sometime and cutting out the high and mighty act! :D
