nice one man. i'm also guilty of not exploring the FSB as much as I should. some of those sounds were great.
Also I picked up two thing from watching you work - setting loop points within the sample for the nn19 and disabling stretch to create the loop. excellent. the only thing is i didn't see you enable stretch again so how is it that you're able to stretch clips later on in the video?
anyways. good stuff!

BTW
Here is the next episode!
the vinyl crackle sample. It looks like you disable stretch and adjust the tempo to make it loop up correctly. and then later on in the clip you seem to timestretch another clip without having enabled stretch again... it's a pretty minor thing so i might just be seeing it incorrectly but in my projects once i disable stretch, if i re-enable it, all clips will be affected by that.. so was just wondering if you know something i don't

Great idea for a series! Well done!
ah the first one i disable streatch to sync the sample to the bpm. There other one is a nice feature you can use on timestreached samples. Hold Ctrl and then drag the sample on the side. You can then edit the speed of the sampleMGB wrote:the vinyl crackle sample. My latest video in this series got flagged because of the automatic flagging system to have this song in it!
I have never head that song before!

Interesting. I can't make out what is identical to your video, but in that song there are most def. Reason samples. That glissando EP sound in the last part of the song I have used many, many timesnooomy wrote: ↑20 Mar 2017

Most recent track: resentment (synthwave) || Others: on my YouTube channel •ᴗ•
every 2 or 3 years I do a nice tour in the good old factory bank and inside there are real gems. For example to make some nice classic house or electronic piece. It's still a source of inspiration and the patches still have a lot to say. I will follow this new series with great care. You had a brilliant idea!
