Not sure how this one slipped under my radar...
I never really had my eye on the MiniNova because I tend to look more towards analog synths when it comes to hardware.
But this limited edition loooks pretty cool.
30+ custom presets designed my Giorgio Moroder

Aside from the new name, new look with the cool looking logo, and the 30+ presets, I think that is all that sets in apart from the regular MiniNova. $50 more.
Novation MoroderNova
That look is better than the original design. But 50 dollars more... I don't know...

$50 more for a limited edition seems pretty reasonable to me (only 500 units).FATCheese wrote:That look is better than the original design. But 50 dollars more... I don't know...
Sometimes folks charge $100 more just for a different color casing, like white.
This has a different name and additional signature patches. Although, not sure if the signature patches can't just be loaded into the regular MiniNova...
Anyways, thanks for replying to this thread. Figured nobody really cared for it.
I still haven't played the MiniNova, so not sure if I would like it...
Of course I care!
The thing is that I would like to go for the Super Nova.
Don't know if the MiniNova has chord memory...
