Line 6 Amplifi and Reason 8.1

Want to talk about music hardware or software that doesn't include Reason?

Has anyone tried (and preferably succeeded) using this guy with Reason? I can select the device in my audio config, but Reason freezes up and starts to take parts of Windows (like the Desktop Manager) down with it.

I'm running 32-bit Windows 7 SP1 on a, well..., "mature" machine.
