VST Effects In Reason

Anyone care to have a private chat and come up with a way to use vst effects on reason sound for a tutorial?
VST instruments are easy.
VST effects are tricky.

I do have a method, I just need to get some advice and help, making it presentable.

It is best done with physical cable. I do not think it can be done with internal loopbacks without crashing or clip poping the audio.
