If this video is any indication, midi guitar is advancing in leaps and bounds. Michael is using a Fishman TriplePlay running horns in Logic, but the exact same applies to Reason. I have a TriplePlay, I'd love to get any combinators, patches to add onto my guitar playing. I have a few of my own for adding Moog bass and sitar drone.

Impact Soundworks' Archtop and Shreddage refills are fantastic. Combined with the Softube and Kuassa amps, they totally rule.

Shreddage with Kuassa Creme: http://essel.spork-chan.net/music/wips/ ... artest.mp3

The included Combinators default to the old Line 6 amps, which sound pretty pitiful, but with better amp sims they deliver some truly amazing results.

Thanks so much Michael, I'll try these out for sure. I was however, looking more for patches that sound like things other than guitar to add layers on top of my guitar playing (like a horn section in the video). Your suggestions will be like playing dual guitar amp/effect setups, which is a fabulous thing to do, and I hadn't thought of it. Thanks again.
