Rebirth Still Floating around?

hello forum,

a friend of mine now misses rebirth, primarily for acid sounds.

he has seen rebirth rewired into ableton on the tube but i know its discontinued

Is there any downloads or communities still in support of rebirth?

what OS did rebirth phase out on upon arrival?

my friend doesnt own an ipad, he is Windows 7 and uses ableton.

Speaking of ReBirth in general, I know there's the ReBirth Input Machine rack device to use ReBirth as a ReWire slave to Reason, but it would be so cool if they ported ReBirth to an actual rack extension.

Reason 8.2 wont work with rebirth, just a heads up due to it been 64bit only now...

I tried to download ReBirth a while ago and had to use a special installer to get it to work properly on Windows 8.1. And by special installer I mean an adware/malware bomb that went off deep within my hard drive and left me with pop ups and toolbars everywhere.

I just got the iPad version instead. Less hassle

I don't think I'd hold my breath, but the great thing is - you won't have to!  AudioRealism is stepping up instead with their new ABL3 Rack Extension - complete with 303 sequencer:
