What are y'all using again for guitar amps?
Currently I use a pulverizer and either a foldback and a scream
I wanna go from Fandar Clean to Buggie or Mudshell hard rock sounds
Whats everyone using ?

I'm on 7.1 so without the Softube Amps but have Vermilion & Creme.

They are both a big improvement on the old Line6 amps in many ways IMO.

I personally find Vermilion a very deep and versatile product for me. But Love Creme for certain things. They are both very high quality. BUT...

It needs yourself to decide... no-one else can :)

Have them all. And, use them all depending on what I am producing. They all have their uses. Moved away from most of the Line6 patches since they are going away in Reason. But, still have Line6 Pod Farm to fall back on if digging up archives.

I'm demoing the Creme currently. It seems to be perfect......

Amp is "ok" with a little eq. But the 39 bucks is sold (though I'm still in demo so might as well make sure haha)

I am using Kuassa Creme and Vermilion, and really enjoying both for different sounds, a big improvement over line 6.          Wee Joe.

I demoed Vermilion, and it is fantastic. I upgraded to 8, so now I'm using Amp, and that too is fantastic. they are very different beasts though. the best thing to do would be to try them all and see which one best suits your needs.

Thanks everyone
I'd love to have them all, eventually I will

Short term I need something versatile while I'm moving and cant record my live amps.
Kinda universal of sorts - dont really need extreme hi gain, just hard rocking
Trials sound great but no internet comms

I saw online they had a tri-fecta

Verm, Cerm, and a Bass
anyone use the bass amp  they have ?

Too new to have tried the cerberus yet. I'm going to wait until I get my new bass for that. :)

As good or better than the pro touring bass amps i have.

Creme?  Very nice.  I used it to add lead guitar to a Cooper/Fielding/Rossen piece on Discover:

I have all of them except Cerberus, didn't have an immediate need for that, I'm still loving the Line6 Bass amp for bass. But love the character of all of the other amps though (not particularly Line6 GTR amp)

Yea I am a long time electric bass player, and toured for years. Am a hard core Ampeg guy and let me tell you that Kaussa Bass amp is AMAZING. Its hands down one of the best emulations I have ever heard.

One thing I noticed about the softube bass amp is it seems to sound pretty good if you turn off the cab.

This was my summation as well...it has decent quality, but not high-end imo.

Was this using a synth bass, sample or a bass guitar ?
I use both
Johns demo sounded like a real bass guitar ( and great, btw )

I'm not a Guitar/ Bass player, but I was curious about how Logic Pro X's Amp Designer, and Guitar Rig 5 stack up against the Softube and Kuassa RE's?

From a sound quality stand point Kaussa stands up to the best of amp sims. No question, Now from a feature/flexibility/number of models stand point Amp designer obviously has more amps/features, as does guitar rig.

Cool Beans - I own Komplete and I've not yet upgraded to 8.1 as of yet, so no Softube amp sims. However, I have a few friends that like to shred, and they were pretty blown away by Guitar Rig 5. None of em use computers for anything lol - so you can understand that Holy S**t moment they had! I'll keep the Kuassa Bundle in mind for em tho.
Glad to hear other Guitarists opinions.

Yes it was this time (a Spector).  Here it is again with Cerberus, and the guitar is Creme.
