rewire problems

It has worked before but I am trying to rewire reason to ableton live again but it does not work, nothing happends. It's like I'm only running the 2 programs separately no rewire anywhere...

Maybe reinstall Reason and Live will work...

I use reason7.1.1 and live 7.

are they both the same, i.e. both 32 bit or both 64 bit versions?

There was a way to rune reason in 32 bit on 64bit windows7?

yeah but you may have to reinstall it with this trick: (says reason 6 but should apply to 7)

not sure if you have to reinstall the sound banks again, i did this once but it was some time ago...

Read the "Installation Manual.pdf", chapter "Using Reason with ReWire on a 64-bit operating system".

Install Reason using the command:
> "Install Reason.exe" /32

I have tryed it but with no luck. May be live that isn't that good on a 64 bit system.

yeah i dunno i don't use live.  but i know the slave has to be 32bit if the host is.

have you tried this?
