Slave to external MIDI during record

I'd like to have Reason sync to my external MIDI sequencer's clock (Ensoniq ASR-10, Yamaha V50, etc.) during record, in order to start recording MIDI and Audio while grabbing tempo and time signature changes.  Reaper is the only DAW I know that still allows this.
