Beautiful production, the vocals are executed really well. Love the percussion and the trance elements.

Always love your kick selection as you know. Nice wide clap and super clean mix. Great arrangement so far and nice little break before the next drop. If I had to nitpick I would probably put a synth effect buildup before the different synth to the melody comes in at 1:57. Overall one of your best

Great track. Nice atmosphere throughout.
I do feel some sounds/synths has more depth than others. Meaning some leads like the vocals has plenty of reverb while some synth sounds are pretty much completely dry and mono. Not saying every sound has to be drenched in reverb, but the different feels stood out to me like there was a conflict in what tone/space the song was going for.

Thanks for the listen and feedback TritoneAddiction. There definately are things that have more verb than others and am I right in thinking they did not sound like in one consistent space? Something for me to consider, thank you.TritoneAddiction wrote: ↑21 Dec 2024Great track. Nice atmosphere throughout.

Yes that’s how I felt. I thought the sounds themselves fit together, but some sounds wasn’t mixed to gel together perfectly. I can’t really say exactly how I would do things. When I mix my own stuff I just tweak away until I think everything feels cohesive and gels together. It’s more intuitive than a calculated process for me.Popey wrote: ↑30 Dec 2024Thanks for the listen and feedback TritoneAddiction. Nice tight - restrained but driving - sound.
I hear what Mr Tone hears. It is great to hear layers in the mix from reverb/echo, a few things do perhaps seem very forward. This may however be part of how the piece feels the way it does overall. So perhaps try what is suggested and then see if others have the same response on the overall drive of the track.
Very nice work overall. Except the track just stops
