Something a bit different to my usual four to the four stuff. Breakbeat inspired electronic dance music is what i would call it
Let me know your thoughts?

Nice. But needs some more work to be as good as it could be. Lots of potential!

Thanks Phillip, always appreciate any feedback so if you have time to add a few bits of detail I would love to hear your thoughts on improvements.PhillipOrdonez wrote: ↑20 Aug 2023Nice. But needs some more work to be as good as it could be. Lots of potential!
There are a few things I need to change having listened with fresh ears (few volume changes and the pad sound in the break seems off as though there is to much verb or delay- not sure what I have done there)

I like the forwards-backwards flexing synth pad. Nice shiny production. The very simple snare and kick are essential; a big snare might have ruined it.
I sometimes wish that the track graph in Soundcloud could be hidden. In an instance like this you know when a breakdown is coming, because you can actually see it coming.

Thanks for the positive comments. I agree about the track graph it does take away the surprise element in a lot of edm music where the build up and drops are so obvious.Thousand Ways wrote: ↑13 Sep 2023I like the forwards-backwards flexing synth pad.
